Return & Refund Policy

In-Store

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days to return an item(s) from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must have no visible signs of wear or use, and in the same condition that you received it with the receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have a receipt, your item can be exchanged with merchandise equal to the same value or you may receive merchandise credit.

If your order wasn't what you had hoped, you have 21 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it with the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping is covered by us. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Discounted items, Bath and Body, and Beauty are non-refundable.
